The GREAT thing about Metro PCS is you get as many incoming minutes per month as you want, no matter where they are from. You can receive long distance and international calls at no additional expense to you. You can place as many local calls as you please.

Here's a hint, if you are making long distance calls you can get a rate of 2.1 cents per minute by using the local access numbers through the One Suite long distance system. It's simple to set up and use. I have been using it with my Metro PCS phone for years. I great little set up. Go to http://www.onesuite.com for additional information.

You just get charged air time, however your contract deals with that. It's part of your "minutes," but not charged to you as long distance. The caller pays for long distance charges.
