This is where I 've found this words
'There is probably a part of your life where you have been more tolerant than you probably should have been recently, You may have put too much faith in another person, or had a kind of lackadaisical attitude toward things. In the end you find yourself disillusioned by it all. Now you need to use your sense of tact and diplomacy to rekindle your relationship with someone close to you.
so, is it really mean 'careless'?

I have been married for 12 years. It has definitely changed from how it was in the beginning. But, even though what your hubby did was insensitive, sometimes men don't think about those things like we do. Maybe he just dozed off and didn't get up in time. It's quite possible. Don't give up on him yet. I know it can cause doubts and hurts your feelings that he didn't think of you at that moment but hopefully after you expressed that to him it won't happen again. Good luck hon.

It means you just don't care....Don't put much thought into what you say or do. It's a careless way to be.

It means "blazee" attitude which in turn means lack of concern or caring about a certain subject. Laid back attitude is another way to put it....
