How do I become a better sight reading musician?

I play the trumpet. Are there any (slightly cheap) books that help with that. Are there any free sites on the internet to help?

I know it sounds basic, but practice. Play pieces over and over; your body/mind develops a sense memory, which will eventually bypass the "thinking" portion of reading music.
