Is David Blaine The Key To Mid-East Peace?

Question

If the CIA hired Blaine to walk through the smaller towns in the undereducated Islamic countries and do magic tricks perhaps he could trick the people into thinking he is the next coming of mohammad (much like in India the undereducated are swindled by local magicians who claim they can levitate).

If Blaine can get the support of the Clerics he might be able to take control of Islam and correct its non-peaceful ways.

Would this work? Would Blaine be down?

They would probably kill him as a heritic but it has been done before Jasper Maskelyne a British magician who joied the Royal Army during World War II. Used his expertise in trickery, he set up camouflages and dummy armies to fool the Germans and help the Allies win the war. The Paramount Pictures is doing a movie about it right now Tom Cruise was supposed to produce it but with Paramont dropping Cruise from their studio this morning I doubt that will happen now. But who knows you can still read about it in the War Magician . Copperfield was also asked to figure out some ways to gather intellegence without being seen . I worked on it for him for about a week figuring out ways to hide people in furnature etc and had some interesting ideas but as far as I know none of it was used.

My god that's a very profound question.And you raise a great many pertinent points in the details.I dare to say that someone like Blaine could have a positive impact but a huge part of the problem is many of these people are brainwashed at a young age for generations now.I'm sure someone as talented as him could have a positive impact but this phenomenon is entirely too widespread for one person to possibly handle.Unfortunately there would still be a huge abundance of people who would not believe and see him only as an infidel instead.He's got my vote though.That man is incredibly talented and proves it all of the time right on the streets of NYC as well as other localities.
