I think you should stop lying and trying to get sympathy. You made a 15 lb cake for your cat??? Your dog ate an entire 15 lb cake?? To know that something was wrong with this, you had to know that chocolate was bad for dogs. Why did you take the time to come on Yahoo Answers?

Take him to the vet as fast as you can so they can flush his stomach. The chocolate will seriously hurt his system and mess him up.
for dogs, a chemical in chocolate called theobromine is the source of the problem. Theobromine is similar to caffeine. According to this page, theobromine is toxic to a dog when it ingests between 100 and 150 milligrams per kilogram of body weight.
Different types of chocolate contain different amounts of theobromine: It would take 20 ounces of milk chocolate to kill a 20-pound dog, but only 2 ounces of baker's chocolate or 6 ounces of semisweet chocolate. It is not that hard for a dog to get into something like an Easter basket full of chocolate eggs and bunnies and gobble up a pound or two of chocolate. If the dog is small, that could be deadly

Why would you waste time asking this question online? Why don't you call your vet? Chocolate as well as any human food that an animal isn't accustomed to can cause pancreatitis-irritation/inflamation of the pancreas, shut down kidneys and the liver and several other horrible things that can ultimately cause death. Sometimes, you can give a tablespoon or two of hydrogen peroxide to induce vomitting to remove the toxins but before administering you need to contact poison control or your local vet to ensure that whatever your pet got into is safe to vomit up.

bring him to the vet immediately! chocolate, even in small does, can be harmful maybe even fatal to a dog. i don't know why but they can get very sick. sometimes if a dog eats too much chocolate, the vet can pump his stomach to remove it before it harms him anymore!
