well, i have a $600 budget. ONLY FOR CLOTHES ;) Lol anyways.

the mall is always in style. abercrombie, hollister, ae. dont get much aeropostale if you can help it, they are kind of "fake" and trying to lead with the wolves you know? But they have cute jeans and stuff.
Seriously, who wants monkeys and frogs and butterflies? PFFFFFFT: D

Go to the mall, pick out simple items that will always be in style and can be worn in any season. Jeans, sweaters, nice T-shirts, even a few skirts if you like. PIck up a pair of nice shoes/sneakers that can last you a pretty long time. Buy some jewelery to complete any outfit and make it more interesting. Nice necklaces, bangle bracelets and a few rings. That should last you more than half the year. Have fun ;)

although you have no budget, I advise you to spend wisely. Try consignment stores like platos closet go to platoscloset.com to find one near you but if not go to some department stores. Platos closet sells cheap but in style brands like abercrombie hollister rue21.... go to their sight, they buy lightly used instyle clothes. Prices... they sell 60 dollar abercrombie sweaters for 15.
