C'mon now, be honest. Who likes hockey but isn't a major fan any of the teams in Canada?

Haha, I grew up in Toronto, ON during the dreadful years when Toronto and Ottowa would play for last place (that's right, Felix Potvin was the hottest player on the Maple Leafs). However, I used to be coached by Martin Brodeur's cousin and thus, am a HUGE NJ Devils fan. I've been following them since I was 6, but I will always have my hometown love for the Maple Leafs.

Well I live in Canada and my favourite team was always the Quebec Nordiques and when they moved to Colorado, so did my love of the team. I'll be an Avalanche fan as long as they're around for me to cheer on. I also have a soft spot in my heart for the New York Islanders, but shh, don't tell anyone.

US teams are basically my 3rd and 4th team picks.
From BC, so Vancouver first, Montreal second. And Ottawa ties in there with places like Detroit, Roy and Sakic's Colorado and the old Pittsburgh when they are contenders. Well, you asked for honesty, so yeah, I am cheering for Pittsburgh again with Crosby and as my favourite underdog team. I won some money because of Carolina and Buffalo this year, so I owe them a thanks. San Jose is fun to watch.
But come to think of it, by design (rivals) I hate all other Canadian teams!!! Would rather cheer for almost any US team than the rest. Hate in order - Toronto, Edmonton and Calgary.

Lived in Ontario Canada my entire existence and that i'm a Flyers fan. you're questioning why i do not cheer for a Canadian crew? properly uncomplicated answer, Flyers line-up roster are regularly Canadians and that i love their form of play.

Nordiques / Habs fan till the end. Fav players Roy, Burnaby Joe and Karyia, As such am a die hard Av's fan but it really has nothing to do with the city or country they play in.

Well my top teams are from Canada...but I like a few teams from the States too. I would cheer for any US team before I would cheer for the Leafs though!

I am from Winnipeg......
I love the Hawks........
Maybe not so much now as before......
I use to hate the Jets.....
I went to about 10 to 20 games a year and enjoyed booing their asses.......at least I still supported them more than most people in this city!

i live in canada and i loved winnipeg, so now i really don't have a fave team in canada, my fave team now is anahiem ducks.
