i am trying to get instructions to fit a wc but the file is a pdf which i am unabale to open, probably because i do not have the programe loaded.How do i load the appropriate program?

See if your word processing program can open it.
Or download Acrobat Reader from the proper website;

Or if you sue Firefox use the PDF Reader plugin and open it in your browser.

Go to File - Open and navigate to the file you want to read. Its a lot less cumbersome than Adobe Reader.

You need to install adobe acrobat reader. This is free to install & very handy to have on your computer. If you go to their website www.adobe.com & it should offer you the chance to install on their homepage.
It should anly take a minute or so to install depending on the speed of your connection.

I used to use Adobe Reader, but it is so cumbersome. I switched to FoxIt Reader...it works perfect!
