It's definitely worth it even if you think it costs a bit much. It will help out allergies and breathing problems quite a bit. You especially need it done if you just had a new home built. The builder might say the duct work is clean but it's not.

I do it myself every other week.
soap, water, vinegar & stretching.
My husbands allergies are non-existant. Our home feels & smells clean & fresh.

$175 - best to do once a year, especially if you have pets!
