What footage?
What corpses?
What could Bush have done?
I feel angry at Representative William Jefferson for diverting the resources of the National Guard to drive him through the waterlogged streets to his home, where he felt he had to remove his bribe money before the Feds got there first.

First of all my father works for the red cross and was there after katrina hit. The first priority was to assist the living, once that was done the US military were instructed to weigh down all of the bodies so they would sink (its hard to bury people when there are several feet of water everywhere you look and you cant let them float in the water because this causes health risks and attracts vermin). Secondly in the constitution the state has to ask for federal assistance during a major catastrophe before the government can act. The Governor of Louisiana waited until a week later to issue a state of emergency. The military sat idol only miles away with food and water for a week until they were let in to help. These are the facts! By the way im a democrat.

I felt sick to see Americans floating in the water dead and lying on the streets and in wheelchairs dead. I can't blame bush for all that. I blame the city of New Orleans for that. Number one, when you are telling the sick and the poor to go to the Dome you must always be prepared for the worst. You also have to prepare for the sick. You need medical staff, you need medicines. You know you need fresh water and food, generators, toilets (outhouses). The government of New Orleans did not plan this will at all. I point the finger at them first. Those people should not have been without water or food for four days or more. That Dome should have been stocked to the rim with water, food, supplies, medical etc, The national Guard, police, firemen etc...You know when you have a large crowd of people there is always those crazy ones in the bunch who are going to cause problems.....Those American people should never have been forgotten the way they were to die in that filth and seeing those people plead for help, it was so horrible. I can't blame Bush, I blame the leaders of New Orleans they were very aware of what was coming their way and they basically disregarded it.

When I think about Katrina & the destruction it saddens me to witness such loss & not have the right words of comfort. This may sound way out there but I don't think there could have been a proper response no matter who was in charge just because of the number of people who needed help. All the people in the hospitals, nursing homes, all the caretakers for those in hospitals/nursing homes, those who wouldn't/couldn't leave when evacuation was recommended. There were SO many people it was quite simply overwhelming.

They are the Illuminatis, and they own you,
This is the New World Order, and it is your future if the world don't wake up :
And this is what Bush’s minions had to say in 2000;-
"Further, the process of transformation, even if it brings revolutionary change, is likely to be a long one, absent some catastrophic and catalyzing event – like a new Pearl Harbor"

“Naturally the common people don't want war; neither in Russia, nor in England, nor in America, nor in Germany. That is understood. But after all, it is the leaders of the country who determine policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country.”

"We are on the verge of a global transformation. All we need is the right major crisis and the nations will accept the New World Order."
David Rockefeller: Statement to the United Nations Business Council in September 1994
"For more than a century, ideological extremists at either end of the political spectrum have seized upon well-publicized incidents to attack the Rockefeller family for the inordinate influence they claim we wield over American political and economic institutions. Some even believe we are part of a secret cabal working against the best interests of the United States, characterizing my family and me as 'internationalists' and of conspiring with other around the world to build a more integrated global political and economic structure - one world, if you will. If that is the charge, I stand guilty, and I am proud of it." David Rockefellers memoirs (2002)
Make you investigations about Jesuits, the New World Order, the Illuminatis, the Free-Masonery, the Death Clan. They plan a world reduction of population of 80%...Far worse than Hitler...

That the people who reelected the mayor New Orleans must be imbeciles.
Why don't you lay some blame on the mayor of New Orleans and the governor of New Orleans and the people who sat around like lumps waiting for "the government" to save them.

That the Liberal media have brainwashed you. When are you going to learn that certain things cannot be avoided, like natural disasters? Why is it the responsibility of Federal Government - why not the relatives and people who live close by, the Red Cross, etc.?

Are you not aware that the governer would not let in the national guard for over 48 hours after the Federal govt offered them?
how does that make you feel?
How does it make you feel that people ignored the mandatory evacuation, and then were killed? Does it make you want to blame the government?
Get over your bs fake reasons to dislike Bush.
You have no clue about current events.
your questions clearly show that.

I am a LIBERAL and cannot stand Bush. But I have to admit that it wasn't Bush's job or responsiblity to do anything. It was the mayor's and governor's job to do something. If you need to have someone to blame, it is them.
DOWN WITH THE REPUBLICANS IN '08!!!
