Try Estee Lauder. It's easy to find and they have lots of formulas. Lancome, Shiseido and Chanel are good, too, but more pricey. Clinique is OK, but they don't seem to have as many colors. Use the best you can afford- it will show. You have yellow skin and probably a cool undertone. This is a little tricky for some beauty advisors, even for some from E.L., so here's what you want- Get a foundation in a WARM (golden) undertone. NOT cool, NOT neutral. Don't let anyone tell you different. Have them put it on your neck and step back- it should disappear. Don't get a color that is too dark, either. A level 2 or 3 should be fine. They may want to "correct" your skin- this is bunk, your skintone is fine. The colors you use on top of that- your blush and lipstick- should be COOL (blue) undertone. The conventional wisdom says if you have warm skin, use warm blush, etc. This doesn't apply to Asian or olive skin. This rule was made up long ago when most of the big company's customers were fair and European. Just try this, and I bet you'll have better luck.
You could also try a powder foundation like everyday minerals- they will send you a sample for only the shipping costs.

I'm asian and when I purchase foundation I basically need to keep in mind that I need to buy something with a yellow undertone. Now a days most cosmetics companies have foundations with a yellow undertone, which is great because now we have options. Also finishing with a yellowish loose powder works wonders. Face Stockholm carry these powders, but you will need to go to Sak's or Neiman's for that brand.

There was this Lancome foundation. My sister has it. It makes your skin glow and looks better. It really did! No joke. Oh, and my family's asian. Perhaps you're using a sponge. Don't use a sponge. Sponges cakes up your skin. A makeup brush is the best for foundation.

Well if you don't want to pay tons of money than get true match or infallible by loreal. If you want to pay more than get a foundation from sephora. Hope you find a good foundation!

Sephora covers so many different skin types and lines out there.
If you need specifics let me know. I do know that the line Shiseido is really good for Asian skin. Good shades to choose from. You can find that at any major department store as well as Sephora I believe.

Zhen cosmetics. It's made especially for Asian women. I'm actually a multiracial Black woman. But the reason why I use it is because I have a really yellow undertone.
