If you have SBC Yahoo go to parental control or what ever Internet service provider you have should have parental control. If the person who is using your computer an adult, you can still limit them by putting their restriction as if they were a teenager. Which I do for my eighteen year old that still lives with me and tries to live on the computer. hopes it helps.

You really need a a program oriented for parents trying to control their children. I suggest you look in that area. The biggest control freqs are people trying to brainwash their own children to be whatever.
