I think you are stressed a little, I don't think it has happen yet but it is possible that it will. You could actually argue that the Second World War was won but not satisfactorily resolved. In the aftermath of WWII a lot of really warped people slipped thought the fingers of a very stressed allied forces. One of these sickos was a French Nazi who became a respected professor in Damascus. He spread his diseased mind into that region. He was one of the really sick kind of NAZI, his last act before fleeing was shipping 400,000 children to their Deaths in Germany. He gave the order and supervised this kind of operation for years during the war. There are others who fled to South America and North Korea. I have an immense number of books I can recommend to help clarify what I mean. I believe if Bosnia had broke out now instead of earlier that yes we would have countries in open warfare with each other all over the planet but as it stands now, it isn't quite as bad as my grandfathers generation went through.

As soon as you have at least 3 countries allied on either side in an all-out declaration of war and at least half a dozen more on either side in support, then that would be WWIII. We're not even close right now so relax.

You're getting too emotional and overwhelmed. WW3 is not here. Settle down and take a deep breath.
