The word you're looking for is androgyne, as an adjective it would be androgynous. The word comes from Greek andros (man) + gyne (woman... as in gynecologist)

An androgynous person was born either male, or female, but because of the way they dress, act, talk, walk, etc it is difficult or impossible to tell what sex that person is by outward appearance. They have, however, left their physical organs in tact.
