use a light-colored eyeshadow, not too much the other people above me advised you to use eyeliner but if ur not happy with your eyes this will just make your eyes look bigger and emphasize the black color. but with a nice classy eyeshadow with a little bit of glitter ((((LITTLE BIT OF GLITTER))) aroung the innner corner of your eyes will really light up the black into a beautiful hue! but to not draw all the attention to your eyes even it out with some lipgloss and a little bit of blush depending on ur facial structure
good luck ALSO black eyes are beautiful, you should feel great to have them!!!

Maybe a light shimmery gold...They usually bring the black out. Or try black mascara and a shimmery dark blue. Don't use too much eyeshadow, or it'll look ugly. Mascara, eyelash curler, eyeshadow, eyeliner are the main points to bring out eyes.

Okay Ill start with eye shadow first.
Green eyes- Purple will make your green brighter and really let them show!
Brown eyes- To make brown eyes brighter use blues to let them show!
Blue eyes- Use browns and dark browns to pop these out!
For all eye colors Natural looks great on all of them! Browns, earth toned colors work wonders!
Mascara
If you are a red head or blonde- Brown and black brown looks best.
If you are a brunett or have very dark colored hair- Black is the best color!

Girl, your eyes aren't boring. Think of something (or someone) that you like.. and they will sparkle.
Aside from that, a neutral eye shadow with a hint of rose in it will be pretty, and maybe a little shimmer on your brow bone and inner corner of your eyes will make them pop.
Lengthening mascara (black) is also a must.

Try a gold eyeshadow on top and sweep a VERY thin line of black eyeshadow on your lower lashes and then wipe most of it of so you can barely tell its there. Then I suggest curling your eyelashes and adding 2 coats of mascara on your top lashes and 1 on the bottom to make them stand out.
Add a little bronzer to your cheekbones and you're set.

personally i think glitter is the no-go way... don't use it. My friends used to make me try different stuff.. and the glitter alays was a hard thing. it would get everywhere...
and if you put too much it makes you loook like a 5-year-old in princess fairy makeup or a desperate person.

i woo go for happy colors: copper, natuarlly shimmering eyeshadow. put this on your eyelids, and to really bring then out, add a tiny amout below your eye.
btw...i don't think black eyes are boring.
