What an interesting question. White because when you help someone, it is for a higher good, healing, and often illuminating for all concerned.

blue - its a soothing color, like that of the ocean or sky. it seems like it could be very tranquil - which is an environmental factor that would be very nice when trying to help someone (depeding on how extreme the situation is)

I think of the soft pink of rose quartz. It is a color of self love. Once you learn to love yourself it becomes much easier to help yourself and others.
