lol...i was confused with this before...i thought it was kah-zay-kage..but when i look for the details in naruto,it shows kah-zay-kah-geh...now i can pronounce it right..

Cause (like the reason why something happened, cause and effect) + ae (like the letter A) + Kog (rhymes with hog) + ae (letter A).

Ps. Did you know that "Kage" means "shadow" in Japanese?
There are 5 main shinobi (ninja) villages, although there are some minor ones. Each of the 5 main villages has a "Kage" (basically the strongest, and the leader of their village) , with Konoha's being the "Hokage", meaning "Fire-Shadow". Since Konoha is situated in the fire country, their leader is the Ho-Kage, while if you were in the Wind country (hidden village of the sand) your leader would be called the "Kazekage" meaning "Wind-Shadow".
