Ok If you have Verizon Wireless, well..sorry, they make you pay. Anyway, if you have a sound recorder on your phone you can possibly record the sound to your cell phone and use it as a ringtone (can't do this with Verizon..they're evil). Another way is to send the file to your cell phone and save the sound as a ringtone.
