Workin nights suck but let the man sleep

This is a very complicated situation... my husband use to work nights, he would go to work at 3:30pm and work til 3:30am, we would get up together and take my son to school at 8ish.... then come home and go back bed... this really sucked.. and we all hated it he never got to spend time with our son..... so he changed jobs.. he works days now and we get evening and weekends together. So to answer your question... there is absolutley no way to "get him up" to spend more time with your family, it acually comes down to having to find another job on days... my husband took a small paycut, but in the end that pays off so much because we are growing together as a family, not apart because we never see each other.

So does mine. He comes home and goes to bed shortly after he gets home. He works 7pm to 7am. We get him up around 3pm. Then he gets to spend severl hours with us. He also takes out daughter to school at 830 so he gets some one on one time with her too.

You don't... Let him rest. Or, you can get a job that pays enough, maybe he won't have to work nights anymore!
