Very thought provoking question. Since my family is most important to me, I would spend the day telling each child, sister, etc.. how and why they were so important in my life. I would have a deep conversation with those people I may not have been close to, but let them know my faith. I would have a large get to-gether with good food, good music, etc.. that night-just celebrating the years I was given. And it would end cuddled in the arms of the man I truly love, my husband.

It wouldn't matter what I was doing as long as my son was with me the whole time. I know that I would spend a great deal of that time, telling my son how much I've loved him from the first time I held him in my arms and up through my last minutes.
I would take my son camping and hiking in the mountains that last day. I would hug him and hug him till I couldn't hug him no more. As we hiked and camped, I would try to instill in him, how to be responsible, how to have respect for others, how to keep a positive outlook, and I would tell him, the same thing my grandmother told me before she passed on: Learn. Learn everyday. Go to school, read books, study history and learn as much of this life as you can. Ask a zillion questions about everything.
Lastly, we would pray togther. I would ask God to bless my boy, help keep him healthy and strong, in mind, body and spirit.
I'd want his beautiful, angel face, to be the last that I saw, before going to heaven.

it doesn't matter cause there is not much an average joe like myelf can do within a day that matters if i tell my girl friend that i love her then that would be cruel to her and if i go around trying to save souls for jesus they'll see my desperation and think of me insane and that might have the opposite reaction if i rob a bank i will give my family name shame if i kill everone i know then i would die with a heavy conscience and i dont want to do that so u ask me what would i do if i had one day to live i would tell noone and make peace with my death and die out of no where

First, I would get rid of some personal items (LOL), then I would arrange to do a tandem skydive jump. And spend the rest of the day with my son doing whatever he wanted to do.

bungee jump, have a great dinner with all my friends and family, and finally have sex on the beach with the love of my life and die in his arms in my sleep, with a wonderful smile and glow!!!!!
