for some serious rubber, the yokohama ADVAN Neova AD07's are the best you can buy for street tires. For less harsh tires, the eagle F1s are great.

I can't recommend a brand, but I would recommend high performance tires, with a high HIGH speed rating (ie 180 km/h ot more) and low profile for good looks.

i don't know look at contental tires i am very happy with that brand.
