u will be able to recover each and every programs u installed but not the files u deleted.

The system restore does a restore of the registry and the Windows system files. It does not do a restore of other programs. So, no, it will not put the programs back.

Yes, it will restore everything on your computer just as it was on that particular date, including deleting programs that were put on after that day.

no , it will only restore the data , which is currently there when u might have created a restore point , or windows might have created a restore point .
