I swear by Hondas and haven't had one let me down yet! However, I do work on them from the ground up myself as most American shops simply cannot be trusted to do competent work.
I suggest you get the owner's manual from www. helminc.com and start reading about each problem your car has. Ask more questions on yahoo answers or contact me directly and I will gladly walk you through correcting each one so you will be pleased with your Civic again.

my 98 civic ex is alright. Right now i have a problem with my exaust I think it craked or something but that might be because I race my.

i have a 95 civic ex. never had a problem w/ it. If its manual r u maybe driving it wrong? Cuz civics r really really reliable.

i had a 95 with MANY many problems..
transmission, brakes, cv joints, suspension...eveything
thats why i sold it and bought an acura integra. SO MUCH BETTER!!!!
acuras are made alot better...high end production better parts...
