Alcohol is a diuretic and thus causes dehydration. Drink lots of water even while you are having your beer, drink lots of waters before going to sleep, and then drink lots of water the next day. That will help immensely. I have also found that muendo also helps cure hangover. I just use the broth and the seasonings I add. Of course, not drinking also works too! lol

When you are hung-over your body needs water to re-hydrate. Water and Advil can help.

If you had a really rough night there's nothing I like better then good Bloody Mary to settle my nerves. Trust me…it tastes ten times better then an AM Beer.

You see...part of a hangover is your body going threw withdrawal from alcohol. So what your body needs is just a taste of alcohol to wean you off last nights bender.

Best Blood Mary Ever:

1 shot of Vodka
Tomato Juice
A dash of Worsteshire sauce
Slice of Lemon (Or Lemon Juice)
A dash ofHot Sauce
a wee bit of Horseradish
Olives
A Celery stalk
Pepper
Salt

Mix it in to a tall glass with ice and enjoy. You’ll feel much better. I don’t recommend this drink before heading to work.

The homeopathic remedy Nux Vomica can help with hang over symptoms. You should be able to get some from Boots as well as any homeopathic pharmacy.
Hangovers are actually caused by your brain shrinking due to dehydration, so drinking a large glass of water before you go to bed can help prevent them.

Beer is the best "cure". It will top up your alcohol levels and although you will feel drunk again, you wont feel groggy or sick. It is, however, only postponing the inevitable, for unless you want to remain forever drunk, you have to "dry out" and suffer the consequences sooner or later! But it does work as a short term solution. After all, no one ever sees an alcoholic with a hang over!

When drinking, match water with your alcohol intake. Drink a beer, drink some water before drinking another beer.
Take Vit B / Vit C / electrolyte supplements before going to bed after drinking and again in the morning. "Emergin-C" isn't too bad.
Chinese remedy: chrysanthemum with arrowroot tea. Or taking a patent chinese formula in the morning that is called Po Chai Pills, get them from a chinese herbalist. They will help, especially with that queesy feeling and loose stools.
Eating something rich and salty like Lasagna. That will help restore fluids.

I get the worst hangovers (I mean full day of puking). Anyway, the one thing that has been tried and true for me is McDonald's - I get a cheeseburger (no pickles!!), a coke and a small fry...eat them ever so slowly and I'm as good as new within an hour. Of course, I have to wait until McD's serves lunch food...

The best cure for a hangover is not to drink at all. No booze, no hangover.

The best part is that you can remember what you did the night before.

The only way honey is sleep and then a few pain killers. But beer does work.
