when a boss perform a big mistake and he blame his juniors infront of other peoples. juniors are too much frustrated. They have no better chance/option to change their job. What is the way to handle such kind of boss?

Do what I had to do once.
I approached my boss in his office and told him the next time he thought my chops needed busting, bring me in here, close the door and bust away, because the next time he did so while embarrassing me publicly, I'd bust back.
He apologized and it was never again a problem.

Try to prove him wrong,,,get it on tape,,,then imagine the company with your name on the sign
