Since 60 per month per 100,000 soldiers in Iraq
die from guns; and since 80.6 deaths per month
by guns in D.C. per 100,000 people - then are
20% more likely to be shot and killed in our U.S.
Capitol with their strict gunlaws than in Iraq?

This may be true but I would still prefer to be in DC on any day than in Iraq right now. At least the Americans dying in our capital are dying at home, I am sad to say.

60 die but far more come home with out legs and arms, plus in d.c you are probably not an obvious target, whereas service members arein iraq.

and probably only about 70,000 actually leave the base or camp they are stationed at, so the other 30,000 don't really count

You're not counting Iraqis killed. Almost 4000 last month.

How could this be a serious question? Apparently you have no idea of what this combat zone looks like. There's footage on the news. I suggest you turn on your TV.

Most likely! I know at some point it had highest murder rate in the USA. Personally I hate the city, it is nasty, and the people are very unpleasant, so i guess i am bias.
