You can't describe or let her know with whatever you say, though you can just show her. Start with kissing her and touching her from outside and then go little further. I mean try something you haven't done before. Try to take of her top and so, but if she resists dont push her because she will think that sex is the only thing you are interested in. awww let me get that straight u two have been together for whole 10 years right!u never hang out and make out even!anyway if u wanna make u move and make love and cos u said make love not have sex tat means u care alot about so let me say wekend almost there so u get her to a restaurant and have some food on candles and some music and dance and go to movies any comedy one and( then ask her while kiss her hey girl i love ya i wanna u and me enjoy our time) and kiss her a hot kiss tat will tell her that u want her so bad and she'll let u enter her world hope u two rock and have a fun time.

When did you learn about sex? You might mention the subject casually such as:
You know! we have been friends for ten years now and we have never gone beyond hugging and kissing. Do you think we should go a little further.
When you ask her this question, don't ask it as if you were asking her for the time of day.
Take her gently by the shoulders and look her straight in the eye, so she will know that you are serious.

damn 10 years thats a long time you have 2 choices as I see it you could continue with what you have been doing and just push it a bit at a time maybe reach under her shirt to give a back rub or something but I think the better thing would be since you have been together so long is to just sit down and have a nice chat about your relationship and where each of you would like it to go and see if you are on the same page as to where things stand then if you are just ask her if she would like to take things to the next level

First, How old are you that you have had a girl for 10 years? Second, I believe that you should tell her straight up and if the filling is mutual YOU JUST SCORED...
If what you are looking for is the words to say it, you should say.

I guess that if you two haven't made love yet is because one of you is not ready for it. When the couple is totally ready those questions don't need to be asked, wait for the right time and make little moves, if she still don't get it she is not ready, but if she is ready she'll make her moves too. But don't rush it because maybe she is not the one and you don't even know it.

A lot has to do with your age. If you some how have a child can you take care of the little person? Answer that question and that just may give you the answer that you need.

In my experience girls dont want you to ask. Test the waters and see if she pulls back or feels uncomfortable. It will be obvious, if she is into it she will lean into you as you touch her etc. If she pulls away it is important to respect her and stop whatever you are doing. Most women like confident men, asking "can I make love to you" is spineless.

Wow, you have patience. Is she waiting for marriage? If not, just let her know that you have been with her for some time and it is time to move forward physically with your relationship. Ask her to spend the night with you, have candles and music, make it very romantic. She will get the hint.
