I love that ride! When you come face first into the ground(well almost)...or the very 1st complete flip...or when you are at the top and you and your friend rock so hard that it flips over and over!!

The Zipper is the most badass ride! I've been to amusement parks and on roller coasters all over the country - including the Top Thrill Dragster at Cedar Point (the current record holder for tallest 'coaster).
The Zipper has been around for decades and still is the best ride! It doesn't look like much, and its always at the smallest, trashiest, county fairs. The one I was on most recently looked so old I wondered if it was the original from 1977.
Part of the thrill is wondering if that tiny-*** little bolt is gonna hold you while you're flipping around!
My favorite is the first time you flip completely over, its usually when the ride does its full-height turn at the top and it whips you around super fast. The G-force rivals any roller coaster!!
A month ago, I went on it and it was a slow day, not many people around. The guys running the ride would stop and start it so the car would flip over again and again right there at the loading dock. My bf said something joking to them when we got on so they ended up doing it to us. I'd seen people make the car flip by rocking it, but these guys were making it flip by the controls. I'd never seen them do it before (which was WAY faster than you could rock it yourself). So anyway...right before we were supposed to get off, they starting flipping our car, I lost count how many times...at least a dozen or more. Now I have a strong stomach for rides, but even I was sure I was gonna vomit if they did it one more time. Luckily just as I was turning green, they stopped and let us off. I could hardly walk!!
Best Zipper ride ever!!
You can't get that at Six Flags!

My favorite part is when i get off and my face is nice pale shade of green. Then I eat a corn dog (because the Zipper is usually by the food court....at least at the county festival that I live by) and go on it again. I try to see how many times I can ride it before I get sick and have to find a bathroom.

My favorite part of the zipper is flipping 13 times before it even starts. It may take a lot of strength but it is fun to do

Being at the very tip and spinning when the ride is rotating. There are times when you're flipping and the ground is about 3 inches away from you. Also, the adrenaline rush of speed and fear that the door holding you inside the ride will open!! =(

I've only ever watched it. Never gone on it. Looks kinda scary to me...
