Nothing will happen to the man. Normally, he'll have a wet dream and the cycle will start all over again. It's the same for a woman who has not had sex for three months, but without the nocturnal emission.

Well for human males, it is extremelly important to "excrete" bodily fluids on a semi-regular basis, for health reasons. If I may be blunt, a man needs to ejaculate at least 2 or 3 times a week, minimum, to avoid possible complications of the prostate or testicular problems.
If your man has completelly lost interest in all sex, including masterbation, then you should seek medical help. Perhaps marital councelling could come into play. My advise is seek professional help.
Also, just a thought here, but I've read so many answers saying that men should wait days and weeks on end to increase sperm production. This is so dangerous for our health, especially for men over the age of 30.

depends on his age. when he is young, nothing much will happen. Older, the term "use it or lose it" comes into play. Also if he has a prostate issue ejeculation is good for that organ.

Nothing bad will happen at all, but he might find himself having nocturnal emissions (wet dreams), which is normal. Oh, and you don't "play sex" you have it or experience it. Sex is not a game.
