I bought a DVB stick and it plugs in to my USB port on my laptop. the aerial is a bit of wire on a magnet. When I tuned it - I plugged it in to the mast on the roof. But I get a reasonable signal with the small aerial - I just have to put it in a good position. the steel lid on my sweet jar on my bedside table is a good place. I get recording - and can put programs on DVD - do great stills - have time shift - record to my HDD. Some things I haven't figured out yet. the program guide is a bit weird - I think I have to get used to that. it put one channel after another on screen to preview - so there is 9 pictures on screen. Also has the radio stations too. i just re tuned it. Sky Travel has changed and one freeview channel is now showing Film Four - films from 3pm to 3am. That's not too bad. I watched a film in bed one night. I was chatting on IRC, watching a film and chatting on MSN IM - in bed one night on my laptop and eating sweets - getting them out the jar was a problem though! lol Well worth getting one - try Maplin! They have a sale on - free p&p over £35 and discount vouchers - go through mutual points - I think you get points with them.
