Unfortunately, the series has ended. Both children, Wyatt and Chris are Piper's. Billie is a witch that was using technology (and really cheap cat suits) when the sisters took her in. Pheobe's boyfriend has been in a lot. He was in "Related" most recently. He has also been in the movie "Pizza My Heart" and lots of other things. The theme is, "How Soon is Now" the version by Love Spit Love.

I've only reached Season 6. Wyatt and Chris are Piper's and Leo's sons. I assume you were asking about Jason, Phoebe's new boyfriend. As far as I know he is Phoebe's boss and lover. Chris comes up in the end of season 5. As for the theme song; I don't know who the Artist is nor the title. In the outro, there's an instrumental song that was made by Jay Kruska. He is also responsible for the theme song of The New Adventures of Lois and Clark (Dean Cain and Terry Hatcher).

The theme song is "How Soon Is Now" by some cr@p cover band. The Original and therefore the Best Version was by Manchester's finest The Smiths. So much better.

Yes both children are Piper's Wyatt and Chris. Billie is the new witch they've brought in to help ala sidekicky. (I haven't been impressed with Billie!) Phoebe's boyfriend played Smith who was shagging Samantha in Sex in the City. The theme tune is called How soon is now. but dunno who its by.
