If so, who should I try to get. I don't want him anymore after the skins picked up Duckett.

I don't want to pick up Duckett. I won't get LT, Alexnader, Manning or anyone like that because portis is hurt and and the skins picked up Duckett for goal line situations.

Moving portis for a top Rb or manning would be nice but it will take more then portis alone to do that. For anyone in FFL know moving out one of these top players comes at a price far steeper than portis. Portis and your highest ranking WR, QB, or possibly someone like Gates would be reallistic for landing Manning, LJ, LT, or Alexander, Maybe, and thats a kinda big maybe. Unfortunatly Portis's value has taken a slight fall this preseason (shoulder, now duckett) so he is not the most sought after player for most other owners. Try to find a team that has pressing needs and exploit them. Or find a die hard Skins fan willing to bite. Good luck with that.

I would keep Portis definitely!! He is going to get a huge number of carries. Duckett will get some 1st and goal situations, however the yards you get from him will be pretty nice. Look at it this way, right now is when his value is the lowest. Let him play and come back and put some points up on the board. Otherwise, you won't get hardly anything, especially with his injury situation right now

I wouldn't worry about portis, he is going to have a great year anyways. Duckett is insurance in case Portis gets seriously hurt. Duckett isn't for the goal line situations, they have Ladell Betts for that. Portis has a new offensive coordinator that will allow him to run like he did in Denver. Don't get worried so soon, Portis will be good, plus you won't get what he is truly worth in a trade at this point.

If you can still get value from him, do it now. Go for a first round pick because although he's injured, he still has value because he could still start Week 1if it progess quickly (that's a big maybe). Even if he starts, Duckett is going to be the goal line back for the 'Skins for the rest of the season, so another 10 TD season from Portis is unlikely (Looks like Warrick Dunn won't have his TD opportunity stolen away this season).

No, I dont imagine you ought to. i imagine the playing cards are called a crew. For them to win it is going to likely be through the bypass no longer the run, there fore hurting James's archives. the position as Washington is a ball administration crew and Portis will be marvelous. he's a perplexing participant and the injuries wont prevent him. i imagine that Jones is the superb loose-agent, more desirable helpful than Droughns.

Unless you can get a really good player in return I would keep him. he might be fine. Don't give him away for lesser talent. Keep him and hope that he starts off great then his value will be high enough to get a good deal for him.
