You have probably damaged the speedometer cable and the wiring to the tail lights. Have a shop put it up on a hoist and inspect the damage. There are additional things that could be damaged also. For your own safety have it checked out.

speedometer u broke the cable ive fixed it befor not to hard if u kno what ur doing and u tore ur wires out from sumwhere and broke them not to bad of a fix if its in an easy are to access
