It has got to be SOCCER!!!!
You can play soccer with anyone as long there is a soccer ball.
It is not an exclusive club and it is a good way to make friends of all backgrounds.

Action sports like Football! Soccer is cool but really boring to watch for such a low score etc. ..good stamina to play though.

I like a light contace sport ...preferabally soccer...a mix of rough tough contact and stamina with fitness.
