No, music Spike shoes are made for shorter distances and are lighter with much less cushion. Plus, pass usa spikes have the spikes interior the shoe with a rubberish backside, and music spikes had a plastic backside with the spike pertruding greater to snatch onto the music and make it so which you don' slip. you could take xc spike shoes to trak and in basic terms exchange the spike its self yet you won't be able to take a music spike shoe and in basic terms exchange the spike. they have no help! Technically you may desire to do it, even though it rather is not beneficial from my factor of veiw!
