every freakin day. its like they all cluster up. they travel in heards. it drives me crazy!!!!!!!!

The easy answer is, "Everywhere!" But, seriously, maybe they aren't dumb, just uneducated. It's sad really, they don't even realize how ignorant they are. Is this what the American education system is producing (if so, wow, I'm sending my kids to private school)? Or are there a lot of people on Yahoo Answers who use English as a second language?
