hi everyone, i saw "flupie" this word by watching "Friends". But i am not sure what it means.
And i'll appreciate you make a sentence by "flupie".

It is a made-up word. Since Rachel's preceding sentence was "You know, it was clear. It was figured out, and now everything's just kinda like..." and Phoebe suggests "Flupie?" then clearly it is the opposite of clear, figured out and planned.

eg "He never plans anything - his whole life is just flupie".
