Did you get a tracking number? A lot of times UPS gives you a tracking number (I dont even think you have to pay to track it anymore).

Did you pay for second day, 3rd day or ground. UPS is dependable.

what kindof shipment? if its the 'free' kind, they just hold on to it for as long as they like - some online merchants do this.
If on the other hand, its 3-day or 2-day, yes you should - and if you dont, ask for a refund
