Is it seriously possible for people around you, such as freinds and family, to know that youre gay before you discover yourself? From watching the way you act around certain people or say certain things, can that make the pressumtion? If you do things subconsiously and you dont know that it had a homosexual undertone to it, you wouldnt notice because it is natural to you (but you never thought about being gay). Is it truely possible for a friend to say 'I always knew, you made it obvious'?

That's a good question. My mother used to ask me why I always hung posters of chicks on my walls, and no guys. I told her I didn't know. I just thought they were pretty. I was young and not into sex yet so I didn't think it was "gay". But when I got older and formed a sex drive I noticed that other women were freakin hot, and I wanted to do "things" with them. So I guess the answer is yes. It could happen until you become sexually aware.

Well in my case I was in denial for years. Don't go there it is not even a nice place to visit.
Lots of people have told me they knew I was at least bisexual. Men, mostly gay men have figured it out before I did. Gaydar must be real, or in my case g0ydar. LOL No woman has ever accused me of being gay. Most women are pleased to find a guy who is sensitive to their needs and respectful of them. Straight guys take notice this has kept me in the best women's company for years thus throwing off suspicion for all my life. A woman just wants someone who listens and pays attention. They want to be heard and they want someone who cares about the same things they do.

I think my friends could have noticed that I was gay, but I did notice it myself when I was pretty young, although without coming out of the closet I'm sure it came no suprise to anyone when they did find out I was gay.

I knew the first time that I met my future step brother that he was gay at 10 years old. He came out at 18 and is much happier now. His mom wasn't to thrilled. I think she denied it and so her son did too.

Yes, my friends and some family members knew before i came out to them last year. They said my mannerisms and the way i dress tipped them off, they realized it before i did.

Oh yeah, when I told my best friend I was bi, she was like "Yeah I know." And years later when I realized that I wasn't bi, but a lesbian and I told her, she goes "Yeah, I know."
Just like this guy I went to school with. He was always overly concerned with people thinking that he was gay, and who might be gay. When we graduated, he tells me "I found out that I'm gay." and I told him, "Sugar, I knew you were gay before you knew you were gay."
So I guess it depends.

Maybe if you subconciously are doing stereotypical gay things without realizing it. But usually it's hard for someone else to know something about you before you do.

my bestfriend told me my crush (him) was bi and i just met him
i felt hurt even worse when they had a gay parade and he didn't tell me himself he was bi. i really liked him so now i don't see him anymore the place he use 2 work at he doesn't work there anymore out of that he didn't bother 2 tell me that as well. i kinda
figured he was bi but i wanted him 2 tell me himself not my bestfriend(she) 2 tell me.

No, not really. I think it's possible for them to know before you allow yourself to accept it and come out. But not to know before you actually do.

I don't think anyone I know knew before I did. but, a lot of my friends figured it out for themselves before I actually "came out" to them.
