Well he recently was cought driving under alcohol influences!!! Sadly true .... he was directing a new movie about the apocalypse or some controversial tittle....I herd he also wanted to run for governor of california .. lets see....

He got busted by driving drunk, he was given 3 years of probation and must enter AA in order to comply with the judges orders.
