Richardson Texas is near the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
I'm not quite sure how far but it is like a suburb of that area.
It is actually called the metroplex area and all these cities are included in that metroplex.
But I would say it is approx. 15 miles from the DFW area.
And if looking on a map or whatever it is located in like the North Central part of Texas.

Arlington is also part of that metroplex and it is where Six Flags over Texas is located.
I lived there for over 20 yrs.
Now I live in east Texas.
