Absolutely true story, when I was in paramedic school, one of my instructors told me a story about a heroin addict. It seems this addict had been on quite a long binge and had been constipated for a month or so. (one of the side effects of heroin- extreme constipation). So she had gotten a call about a 26 y.o. male complaining of severe stomach pain. When they got there, the guy was in bad shape, couldn't stand up on his own, showing signs of shock. On the way to the hospital, he vomited, without warning, all over my instructor. Now this was no ordinary vomit mind you. This guy actually vomited sh!t out of his mouth, on to my teacher. Apparently he had been so backed up with poo that he busted through the valve at the bottom of his stomach, allowing his stomach to fill with crap. The force of him vomiting caused his intestine to rupture and he later died. Sad but gross.
