My advise is to not convince him, you just gotta sneak up on him and do it for the first time..
Maybe you can incentivise the whole deal by giving him the treat of letting him stick his finger up your Wrong Un before hand, ask him if he wants to help you coax one out...a bit of participatory sexual fun for the whole family
...however, be warned he will get you back...and boys farts are generally worse than girls

I don't think you can. But one day when u got the urge and hes home walk by him an let it out. My husband does it to me to annoy me so I do the same back.
