Is is possible to get a print out of all the incoming calls made on your sprint phone?

I don't know about Sprint per say, but most cell companies I've dealt with now have detailed billing online. You can see it there.

Contact your provider and request a detailed phone print-out. I used to get one through Verizon. Be aware that they probably will add a fee to your monthly bill for the service.

Call customer care and request call detail billing. I believe it's $2.50 per month.
