Sound using my VGA HD adapter for my 360?

Ok, so I finally found an LCD PC screen for my 360 and want to use the VGA HD adapter cable. The thing is, how do I get sound? My screen does not have built in speakers so I'm a little confused....where can i plug in the audio cables? My speakers don't have the audio inputs the VGA HD adapter cable uses...what do i need?

Maybe get a set of speakers specifically for your monitor????
