For me, if I'm gonna do housework, it helps that it's noisy and I get to use some machinery, if you want to call a vaccuum machinery.

Helping with the housework!!??...I do the housework!!! Just cos I work from home most of the time and the wife works late. I'd make some one ELSE a good house husband...any offers?

Easy one this we opt for the vacumming because when we turn the machine on we cant hear women whining on about doing the housework

For my husband, he would rather do the easier of the several jobs and vaccuming is easier than sweeping and mopping. Seriously, though, he does help sometimes.

I have often wondered this myself =) Great Q... In my experiance.. i have decided it is the closest thing I have to a power tool.... that is used for cleaning =)

it's the easiest thing - much better than scrubbing a toilet or washing all those dishes they dirtied

So you can take out the dirty bag afterwards and compare it with your wife and see who looks worst....
