d. Australian actor Russell Crowe knew his star had risen when he was recently captured in the prestigious pages of New York's society bible Vanity Fair. But what was it that catapulted him to stardom and onto the Hollywood's A list? A role in James Ellroy's 'L.A. Confidential'.

e. Burt Reynolds mentioned in the theme song of the pilot version (4 Nov 1981) of the 1980s TV hit "The Fall Guy" but your asking for an actress. Let me see... If I'm not mistaken...
In this series, Lee Majors plays Colt Seavers, a Hollywood stunt man who moonlights as a bounty hunter and uses his physical skills and knowledge of stunt effects to capture fugitives and criminals. The show's theme song, "The Unknown Stuntman" was actually performed by Lee Majors and the lyrics include a reference to his ex-wife, Farrah Fawcett. The song became a minor hit for Majors.

Do I get it right?
