Or are there more naturally mean people? or even split?
Maybe we notice the mean people more because they rub us the wrong way and the nice people are just around for us to appreciate at our own will.

I'd say 25% nice, 50% not caring, and 25% mean.
The 50% not caring group only wants to get stuff done and get it over with. They display zero emotion and think lightly.
The 25% nice group takes their time and seeks enjoyment in the mundane things... otherwise using their time to contemplate. They are more pleasant.
The 25% mean group only thinks about the here-and-now and has absolutely no patience, and wants immediate gratification and lets their emotions get totally out of control. They flip out at the slightest things.

In my opinion the larger majority start of neutral. Some people are naturally nice and other are natrually mean but both I believe would be in the minority. The larger group of neutral then depend on the life experiences that they encounter. Most I think still fall neutral and will swing either way depending on circumstance. Put a nice person behind the wheel of a car and after getting cut off 5 times they can become a road rage maniac.
So I believe the largest group can be situationally nice or mean but because of the world we live in more often mean.

Guess it depends on what you consider mean or nice. Like someone can do something to you and you may just see them as inconsiderate at that point in time but think of them generally as nice. That's a hard question to answer, everyone has their own views on nice and mean. based on what I believe I think there are generally more nice people in the world, we just havent met them all and they dont stand out as much to us and the mean people.

I think there's more mean people but they dont wanna be mean they just frustrated with there life or the way they look now a days u gotta look a certain way u gotta be really skinny and u gotta have a good paying job and drive a nice car for other people to even notice you sometimes thats wat i think so ill go with more mean ppl

More people are mean, because they don't have manners, and its all about them, lets face it, youve got people like Dr. Phil and Oprah on tv that are suppose to help you with your problems, and they say the focus is all about YOU. ME ME ME thats all these people care about in the world. And society says that is ok.

Bad news is spread much more by the media. There are so many good people in the world, more good than bad, quietly living out their lives in peace and kindness. They go unnoticed coz their lives are stable.

Every one is nice when you meet them. It is only when the relationship progresses that you find out what these people are all about.
I have met people that I thought were complete @%#*, but they have other relationships where they are adored. Go figure.

id say nice. there is good in everyone.
and everyone ive ever met would considor themself to be a nice person. even if being nice is giving some of the money they just sole to their friend.
most everyone is good somewhere, youve just gotta find it.
