At my highschool the showers were only used by the sports teams -- not after P.E. or anything. Maybe it's something you don't really need to worry about?

This is coming from a female perspective -- but my guess is no guy wants to look at another guy naked (unless he's gay). I'm sure all the guys feel self conscious, and they won't be staring at you.

I find it very hard even being an adult to get use to be naked around strangers (like at the fitness center, or public pool locker areas), I found it easier being comfortable with my body first---being able to look at myself without "shame" then you also learn techniques as to how to get dress while still having a towel around you...it will take some time to get use to being undressed or half dressed around them, but once you have been there a while you will see what works better for you...but make sure you pay attention to your surroundings and ALWAYS wear shower shoes.

i know im a girl and i dont know if that matters but unless you are going to be joining any after school sports like football or whatever, i dont even know ANY guys or girls who used the showers... if you are just worried cause of P.E. don't! Its only like one hour and you cant get that sweaty or smelly, just bring a deoderant and some cologne for after the class like everyone else does...
If you are gonna be doing after school sports you can just wait till you get home no one in highschool can force you to shower in school
