Beyonce said "Check On It', so I did. Her father is African-American and her mother is Creole. A creole has Spanish or French ancestry which could just mean her mother's lineage had travelled to Spain/France but not mixed.
It doesn't really matter anyhow.

To my understanding she isn't mixed at all. She may have white in her genetic background, but that was way back.
